Since 1997 Dico have made footwear renowned for quality and classic Copenhagen style produced in Europe from exclusive materials. Leather is a natural material made from animal hides that have been preserved and softened through a tanning process. We select our leathers based on their individual properties and the intended application. Leather lasts a long time, ages well and is easy to care for and repair. Leather will develop patina over time and gets better with age.

Maker

Scandinavian Footwear is a wholesaler and manufacturer who we began working with in 2023. Their office is located in Copenhagen, while their factories are in Portugal. Operating to European standards, the factories adhere to strict rules to avoid chemical impact and ensure safe working conditions.

Fits true to size, however if you are between sizes you should size up.
Will soften with wear. Upper can be slightly stretched by a professional.

Care Instructions

These leather shoes should be cleaned and conditioned with a neutral cream polish. Apply with a soft cloth and rub into dry or scuffed areas. Leather is a natural material and will age with wear. It is imperative that you avoid wetting or soaking these shoes in water as this will greatly affect the quality and appearance. The dye in the leather can sometimes rub off so please be aware of this when wearing light clothing or placing the leather item on light surfaces.
